OzzyBetAustralia.com is an independent guide about the OzzyBet brand. This desk does not manage accounts, payments or bonuses — for those, use the official OzzyBet support channels.

For editorial questions, corrections, or broken links, email the desk at desk@ozzybetaustralia.com. Please include the page URL, the exact issue, and a link to the official source if you have one. See how we review for our corrections policy.

What to send

• Corrections — the sentence or table that is wrong, what you believe is correct, and the operator page or partner terms that support it.
• Broken links or display issues — the URL, device/browser, and a screenshot if possible.
• General feedback — what was helpful or unclear, so we can improve the guide.

We read every message that reaches us and prioritise corrections. If your note relates to a headline partner offer such as 177% up to $100 + 77 Free Spins (code SPINBONUS), remember to see partner terms on the operator site for the authoritative position.

What not to send

• Do not send passwords, full card numbers, bank logins, or photos of ID documents.
• Do not send account-specific requests about deposits, withdrawals or bonus eligibility — contact the operator’s support directly.
• Do not send sensitive personal information about others.

We cannot access operator accounts and we cannot act on behalf of the operator. For help with gambling, see responsible gambling and call 1800 858 858 if you need immediate support. 18+ only.

Response expectations

We aim to review inbound mail promptly, but this is a small desk and inbound mail to desk@ozzybetaustralia.com may not be monitored daily yet. If you do not receive a reply, please re-check the official OzzyBet site for time-sensitive matters. For site information, see our about and affiliate disclosure pages.
